Built in the 70s to house Lind Bros Motors a Jensen - Jensen Healey- Lotus - TVR - Peugeot Dealership . In the 80s a local hospital bought it for ambulance maintenance and storage . Lind Bros Racing LLC bought it back in 2020 and just finished a full restoration .
